A kids rugby coaching clinic will kick off the weekend at this year’s Byron Bay Sevens Festival.
Friday afternoon on 14 October will be a real “Family Friday” at this year’s festival, thanks to a free kids rugby coaching clinic at the Sevens Festival venue. Registration is from 3:30pm, with the skills and drills set to run from 4:00pm to 5:00pm.
Register your kids in the clinic now.
This follows our recent announcement about the Schools Rugby 7s returning to this year’s event, taking place earlier that day.
There will be a host of expert coaches on hand to help kids have a great time and learn a few skills. NSW Rugby Development Officers will be joined by Classic Wallabies including Morgan Turinui, with a host of other guest coaches to be confirmed shortly.
Boys and girls aged 6-16 years are welcome to attend, whether they’ve been playing rugby for years, or just keen to give it a try for the first time.
The coaching clinic is proudly supported by NSW Rugby Union, Far North Coast Junior Rugby Union, Classic Wallabies, The Rugby Club Foundation and Baidam Solutions.
